Error Oops, an error has occurred appear on launch ChatGPT Desktop.
This happened yesterday morning when I was creating the new Project.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Open the ChatGPT Desktop
What is the expected behavior?

Additional information
I tried to Reset - Uninstall and Reinstall ChatGPT Desktop via chatgpt.com and Microsoft Store - Update Windows and Microsoft Edge or WebView2 but nothing changed

I found the solution:
The last project that I created is the problem. So, I go to C:\Users\USER\.codex -> find the .codex-global-state.json -> backup, then look for all the information of the last project -> delete it. Re-run CODEX and bingo!
