Codex app: stale unread marker on collapsed project

Description

A collapsed project in the Codex desktop app shows a blue unread marker even though every task in the project has already been read. Expanding the project immediately removes the marker without opening any task. Collapsing the project can show the marker again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Read all tasks in a project.
2. Collapse the project.
3. Observe the blue unread marker on the project row.
4. Expand the project.
5. The marker disappears, and no unread task is visible, including after repeatedly selecting Show more.

Expected behavior

The collapsed project marker reflects the actual unread state.

Actual behavior

The collapsed project shows a stale unread marker that disappears solely from expanding the project.
