Feature request: group queued user messages and make them visually distinct

Problem

In long Codex tasks, users often send several follow-up messages while Codex is still working. Those messages are hard to review as one request, and user-authored messages are not visually distinct enough from Codex responses.

Requested improvements

1. Group queued messages into one request block

Using a "+" or other option to group queued messages together so open ai treats as one message
When multiple user messages arrive before Codex responds, group them into one expandable block and process them together as a single combined request. Preserve the original message order and show the number of messages, for example "8 queued messages." An optional "Done - send as one request" control would make the behavior explicit.

2. Customizable user-message styling

Add visually distinct styling for user-authored message blocks, similar to iMessage bubbles. At minimum, allow a user-message accent color (for example, blue) that is different from assistant messages. Ideally, make this adjustable under Settings > Appearance with accessible contrast in light and dark themes.
