What issue are you seeing?

After every prompt that is sent to Work mode I get "Thinking" and then immediately "Error submitting message." It's not even processing the prompt. Everything worked fine four days ago. For the last three days this is what I have been getting regardless of what the prompt is. Even something as simply as uploading a few .pdf documents from the outputs folder for the application and asking Work mode to combine the documents and make a matching title page. Immediately: Error submitting message. I have not performed any system updates and have only clicked on the blue update checkmarks at the bottom of the left sidebar when they appear. Nothing else in my system has changed. I even tried to Reset Work mode from the Settings pane.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Combine the .pdf documents into one .pdf document and add a title page that matches the other .pdf documents in the series.

Additional information

I can reproduce this with literally any prompt in Work mode. This is the desktop application. I have been able to repeat this behavior in Safari by just asking it to create a generic title page without referencing any previously created documents and it still returns "Error submitting message."
