What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

When I try to open Printify in the Codex Desktop in-app browser, the whole Codex app closes/crashes.

This happens when navigating to the Printify login page, which appears to use Cloudflare protection. The issue is not just that the page fails to load: the Codex desktop app itself exits.

Expected behaviour:

  • Codex in-app browser should open the Printify login page, or show a recoverable browser/page error.
  • The Codex desktop app should remain open.

Actual behaviour:

  • Navigating to Printify causes the Codex app to close/crash.
  • I lose the current app session and need to reopen Codex.

Extra context:

  • This is on Windows.
  • Printify works normally in Cursor's browser on the same machine.
  • The page appears to involve Cloudflare on login.
  • Other browser-based tasks in Codex have worked, for example Facebook/Instagram pages.
  • The affected workflow is preparing and uploading Printify products for a Shopify t-shirt store.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open Codex Desktop on Windows.
  2. Open the in-app browser.
  3. Navigate to Printify / the Printify login page.
  4. Wait for the Cloudflare/login page to load.
  5. Codex closes/crashes.

I do not have a visible error message because the app closes.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex use internal nrowser naivgiate to login page prinify.

What is the expected behavior?

Whole app closes! and wont open again.
