Custom prompts maxed out at 5?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Loaded 15 prompts in C:\Users\user_name\.codex\prompts:

Only able to see/use 5 of the 15 prompts using / command in codex:

What is the expected behavior?

Is there a limit to the number of custom prompts we can have? If not, then I should see all 15 custom prompts?

What do you see instead?

I only see 5 of the 15 custom prompts.

Additional information

Also, separate but related to custom prompts, it doesn't recognize folder structure in C:/Users/user_name/.codex/prompts, so I have to flatten all my custom prompts and rename them just to keep them organized. It'd be very helpful it can recognize folder structure so the organization only needs to take place at the folder name level.
