bug: resizing terminal leads to bad artifacts

What platform is your computer?
Darwin 24.5.0 arm64 arm
What steps can reproduce the bug?
When resizing terminal, this happens:

What is the expected behavior?
I imagine that I could resize terminal without the "staircasing" effect in the prompt area?
What do you see instead?
Cascading "send message" input field rendering on resizing.

I hope this is helpful, this is my first time submitting an issue...
Just want to say thank you for all of the hard work to make Codex CLI, it is truly liberating for an artist like me.
