Codex app becomes unusable after opening a specific chat

Hello,

I am experiencing a critical issue with the desktop app.

When I open a particular chat, the app immediately crashes. After this happens, launching the app again is impossible—the app closes during startup every time. The only way I have found to recover it is to completely reinstall the application.

1. Launch the ChatGPT app.
2. Open the affected chat.
3. The app immediately crashes.
4. Attempt to relaunch the app.
5. The app continues to crash on startup and cannot be used.
6. Reinstalling the app temporarily restores access, but opening the same chat causes the issue again.
