What issue are you seeing?
When I open the ChatGPT app, it takes minutes (no exaggeration) to be ready to use. It freezes until it's then ready. Clicking on the UI does nothing. After a few minutes, then it works as normal.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no change.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Nothing other than (at least for me) to open the app.
