Use case
After users implement a plan mode manually, they still need to run rename commands to modify the session name. It would be more convenient if the tool could automatically rename the session.
Expected behavior
When implement a plan, automatically rename the current session with a clear related name, so users do not need to manually /rename sessions.
Additional context
Currently session renaming requires manual operation. Auto-rename tied to plan mode helps organize multiple sessions and makes session management clearer.
