Full reset expiration

I am on Plus plan. I had a Full reset available with expiration set as 7/27 or 27th of July 2026 (today). This morning I realised that it has expired. Logically, I was expecting it to expire by the end of 27th of July. That is usually the case with all other types of expiration, like credit cards, subscriptions, etc.

Could you please correct this policy/method/approach?

The same for me on Plus plan. If the expiration is set as 7/27, why expire it first thing in the morning. Be honest and state that the expiration is set as 7/26.

same happened to me. I had them 2 that were expiring in 2 and 3 days. After I logged out and logged back in, it disappeared! Emailed support; they referred me to a static page and thanked me for understanding!! wtf OpenAI?!
