What issue are you seeing?
On Windows, codex-cli 0.144.0-alpha.4 repeatedly launches
codex-windows-sandbox-setup.exe before tool calls when
[windows] sandbox = "elevated".
Each launch causes disk utilization to reach 100% for tens of seconds.
The elevated sandbox initialization is not being reused between tool calls.
Using "unelevated" instead fails with:
windows unelevated restricted-token sandbox cannot enforce split writable root sets directly.
