What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Version 26.721.41059
What subscription do you have?
Pro 20X
What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
Tested several times now.
Implemented Cloudflare turnstile into my web app, testing it locally, when codex (with internal browser) touches the cloudflare turnstile widget it instant closes.
Codex won't open, microsoft pop up suggests getting help, takes me to windows app store, which I can press restore and then I'm back.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Let codex touch cloudflare turnstile in it's internal browser.
What is the expected behavior?

Same. You can try update ChatGPT in the Windows Store and open it. Do not click the errored chat button; instead, right-click on it and select "Continue in new chat".
I ran into what appears to be the same issue.
In my case, I opened the Cloudflare login page in the Codex app’s built-in browser and clicked the “Log in with iPhone” button. The app immediately crashed, and afterward it became corrupted and could no longer be launched.
So this may not be limited to a standalone Turnstile widget. It also seems to occur during Cloudflare’s own account login flow.
