What issue are you seeing?

Codex repeatedly suppresses responses during authorized, local-only defensive source-code review, even though Trusted Access has been active on my account for a long time.

The review uses public source code and synthetic tests only. It does not contact live systems, make network requests, access credentials, or use real user data. Codex successfully performs several minutes of read-only local analysis, but the final response or a follow-up request is replaced with:

“This content can't be shown. We take extra caution with cybersecurity requests. If you’re a security professional, you may be able to apply for Trusted Access.”

This happens despite the account already showing “You’re verified” and “trusted access is now active.” The CLI is authenticated through ChatGPT rather than an API key.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
