local chat output URL file results hyperlink not functional

What issue are you seeing?

when ChatGPT generates a file for you to download in the chat, the hyperlink does not render in the chat window output, preventing the user from clicking to download the generated file.
The work-around is to open the chat up in the web browser or in the Windows ChatGPT Classic client where the hyperlinks are properly rendered.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

a proper hyperlink should be available allowing the user to click and download the generated file.

Additional information

it's only the codex version of ChatGPT windows client. I was in Work mode.
