I’m experiencing the same issue in Codex Desktop on Windows 11. GPT-5.6 Sol returns “Model not found,” while other models are working normally.
It may be similar issue, it becomes irresponsive from a network call. https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/32297#issuecomment-5114111962
