VS Code extension UI: Add Toggle Codex Secondary Sidebar button/command

What variant of Codex are you using?

What feature would you like to see?
In current vscode extension, there is no button on left sidebar or status bar toggling Codex Secondary Sidebar. And there's only a button hiding in the current opened file, which isn't convenient.
And there's only a command called "Codex: Open Codex Sidebar", I think it may be better to add a command called "Codex: Toggle Codex Sidebar".
