What issue are you seeing?
There is a critical bug with my GPT. Even though Full Permission (Always Allow) has been granted, it continues to ask for user approval on every single request.This completely ruins the user experience and makes the GPT completely unusable. We need an immediate fix for this loop. Please look into this urgently.Thank you.

It is the same on Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64 with Codex App version 26.727.51351
The app was completely useless. I fixed it by asking ChatGPT to fix it, it did something, now it works again.
