What issue are you seeing?

In the Codex (VS Code) extension, when I click Preview, or click on the hotlink of the file's path, I am seeing in editor space, under a tab that reads "Codex Diff", a red circle with a red "i" in the middle. Under the circle, "Oops, an error has occurred". Underneath that is a capsule shaped button with "Try again". If I click "Try again" I get the same thing.
