ChatGPT vs Work discrepancy

What issue are you seeing?
There is a mismatch of terms in app and other OpenAI UI.
The App displays ChatGPT and Codex in the drop-down selection list.
Elsewhere ChatGPT is referred to as Work.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Either name it consistently as ChatGPT throughout the OpenAI (prefered)
OR
Name it as Work
