What steps can reproduce the bug?

Disable computer use from the settings menu.
Ask GPT 5.6 to continue or repeat a previous action that involves computer use.

What is the expected behavior?

Disabling all toggles in "Computer use" should disable computer use completely.

Additional information

I disabled computer use and GPT still took control of my computer multiple times. I tried restarting my PC multiple times, re-enabling then disabling the computer use plugins, and restarting the app. No luck.

This seems like kind of a big deal to me? I should be able to prevent GPT from taking over my computer.
