Allow the ChatGPT Codex Connector to not run on a specific PR that includes @Codex ignore (just like @CodeRabbit ignore'
Additional information
I use PR's for part of the release/deploy flow and I don't want the ChatGPT Codex Connector or CodeRabbit to review these PRs, therefore I add @CodeRabbit ignore to the PR body. It would be great if I could also add @Codex ignore to prevent a review
