What issue are you seeing?
It started 2 weeks ago, previously it was not experienced, it might be related that the panel moved to the right hand side being integrated with the copilot
What steps can reproduce the bug?
start a conversation and type in something an enter - i was not able to identify when it happens, maybe when codex is searching, but at that time even for 3-4 times it drops the message, and many times ctrl + z, just get it partially, so i need to retype

it seems with ctrl + enter works (steer), so at default it seems queing and that drops it
