What issue are you seeing?

What happened:
Until [7/31], my Usage settings showed two banked resets: one expiring Aug 7 and one expiring Aug 13. As of 8/1, the Aug 7 reset is gone and only the Aug 13 one remains.

Why this is not a normal redemption:

• I did not redeem it manually.
• My weekly usage is still at 12% remaining. If the reset had been applied to my account, my weekly usage would have been restored to 100%. It was not.
• The Aug 7 expiration date had not passed, so this is not an expiry.

So the reset was removed from my account without ever being applied. This matches other reports where banked resets with the nearest expiration date silently disappeared from the desktop app.

What I already tried:

• Signed out and signed back in
• Restarted the app / device
• Cross-checked usage in [web / desktop app ]

Requested resolution:
Please restore the missing banked reset to my account (or grant an equivalent replacement), and confirm whether this was a display bug or an actual removal.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

This is an account-state bug, not a code-level bug, so there is no code snippet to reproduce.

Steps to observe:

1. Sign in to ChatGPT with a paid plan that has banked usage resets.
2. Open Settings -> Usage.
3. Under "Usage limit reset", note the listed banked resets and their expiration dates.

On 2026-07-31 (KST, UTC+9) my account listed two "Full reset" entries:

• one expiring Aug 7
• one expiring Aug 13

1. Do NOT redeem any reset manually.
2. Re-open Settings -> Usage the next day (2026-08-01 KST).

Actual result:

• The Aug 7 reset is no longer listed. Only the Aug 13 reset remains.
• Weekly usage still shows 12% remaining, i.e. the reset was never applied to my

quota. A redeemed reset would have restored weekly usage to 100%.

• The Aug 7 expiration date had not been reached, so this is not an expiry.

Expected result:

• The Aug 7 banked reset should remain available until it is either manually

redeemed or its stated expiration time passes.

• If it is consumed automatically, the quota should be restored and the UI should

say so.

Already tried: signed out and back in, restarted the app/device, cross-checked
the usage
