Unable to create new chats in projects Windows 11 App

What issue are you seeing?

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue with the ChatGPT Windows 11 app after the latest update.

My Project Chats have stopped working. The New Chat button inside Projects is greyed out, so I can't create or add any new chats. I can still open existing project chats and read the history, but the app won't register any new chats.

I've already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps, including restarting the app and PC, reinstalling the app, signing out and back in, and checking for updates, but nothing has fixed it.

I'm a ChatGPT Pro ($200/month) subscriber, so it's frustrating that a core feature I rely on is unusable.

Has anyone found a workaround, or has OpenAI acknowledged this as a known issue? Any information would be appreciated.
