Why aren't users' questions being answered?

I don’t understand why this site exists; everyone shares their complaints, but none of the people in charge ever respond. All they do is post a message saying, “This topic has already been discussed.” Yes, but that topic isn’t being addressed either. Who knows—it’s probably just an AI sending an automated response. If there’s a bug, they should say, “Yes, we’ve added this to our bug list” or “We’ll look into this,” but there’s no response at all. Then just shut down this stupid site already; that way, users won’t keep posting here on their own.
