What issue are you seeing?
a request to convert an existing safetensors model to gguf, and then quantize it to nvfp4, is never a safety issue. this should never, ever, cause my request to be blocked. this is so egregious it is 'unfit for purpose' if innocent requests such as this are being blocked. in a word, i as a layman would call this fraud.

do NOT block innocent, legitimate requests. DO NOT charge me quota for requests you fraudulently blocked.
