What issue are you seeing?

everytime chat gpt tries to create a file or doccument for me i cant open it, its not clickable yet it keeps saying its redoing it cuz the coding is correct until it finally said i need to contact github because it cant figure out why it stopped working all the sudden, this was working just fine about a week ago. now its costing me time and money, please help, thank you!

that chat gpt can create doccuments i can click to download or open, they are not clickable.
