New gpt-5-codex model not available

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Connect with API key to my enterprise account with codex cli and gpt-5-codex set as the model in config.toml and put in a simple command like "summarize"

What is the expected behavior?

I would expect after the model being announced it would be present in my enterprise account for use so sending a message would result in a response.

What do you see instead?

⚠️ stream error: stream disconnected before completion: The model gpt-5-codex does not exist or you do not have access to it.; retrying 1/5 in 206ms…
