What issue are you seeing?

Recently my subscription ran out as I forgot to enable the auto renew. The UI allowed me to use a reset (I thought my quota was used up.) when refilling, it used up a refill and instantly vaporized it again. At this point I was unaware that my subscription ran out so I tried again. Maybe it was a UI bug. When the same thing happened again, I checked my subscription. Resubscribed and I had quota again. Sadly all the refills were gone.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Checkout user @drblury and their refill history, you can see that after they ran out of their subscription, they tried refilling twice, wasting the refills.
After resubscribing, the refills did not get topped up again.

What is the expected behavior?

After subscribing again, the refills should be 4.
