Built-in Browser session mismatch: user sees authenticated HubSpot, agent sees login page

1. Open the built-in browser inside a ChatGPT desktop conversation.
2. Navigate to https://app.hubspot.com/.
3. Log in and open the HubSpot Contacts page.
4. In the same conversation, send:

“@Browser Use the current HubSpot tab. Do not click or change anything. Report the exact page title and URL currently visible.”

1. Observe that the user sees the authenticated Contacts page, while the agent reports https://app.hubspot.com/login.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Refreshed the HubSpot Contacts page.
• Closed every external browser window.
• Closed and restarted the ChatGPT desktop app.
• Reopened the conversation.
• Confirmed the visible page was inside the app’s built-in browser.
• Repeated the read-only title-and-URL test..

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

The user and the Browser agent should share the same browser tab and authenticated session. When the authenticated HubSpot Contacts page is visible to the user, the agent should identify and interact with that same page.

Please investigate whether the Browser agent is being connected to a separate cloud or signed-out session instead of the desktop app’s visible built-in browser session.
