What issue are you seeing?

Unable to access the output that was built in ChatGPT codex project. An HTML dashboard was built and available for use in chrome on friday 7/31/2026 at 7:09 pm AZ time, then at 8:10 chat was ask to suggest more improvements to the dashboard to which it stated that: "I couldn’t complete a fresh live-browser audit because neither the in-app browser nor Chrome control was available to the audit tools in this session. These recommendations are based on the current V3 implementation and the dashboard screens we have been iterating together". And on Monday morning the entire dashboard was gone. this was an expensive and time consuming build and recovery of the code is immediately necessary.

What is the expected behavior?

in the outputs folder of that sessions the html should be available

Additional information

the session log for that date also does not seem to include anything past 5 pm and the session log for the following monday does not include any of the friday evening data.
