Feedback ID: no-active-thread-019fcfb7-c323-7d52-8c8a-7172d93ad7a9
What is the expected behavior?
The archived conversation should appear in the Archived Chats list.
Additional information
The archived chats page always displays: No archived chats
What I tested: 1. Archived chats are visible on chatgpt.com
- Archived chats are visible on the Android app(phone and tablet). 3. Archiving a conversation from the Windows app removes it from the main chat list. 4. Unarchiving the same conversation from chatgpt.com immediately restores it to the Windows app. 5. Repair completed. 6. Reset completed. 7. Signed out and back in. 8. Using the same OpenAI account on all devices. 9. Running the latest Windows app.
Conclusion: The archive data exists and syncs correctly across devices. The issue appears to be that the Windows app does not retrieve or display the Archived Chats lists.
