Cant see uploaded images in same chat but in later session

What issue are you seeing?
Images uploaded to my ChatGPT conversations are visible during the original session, but after I close and reopen the same conversation later, those images can no longer be previewed or accessed.
The problem occurs in the same conversations across:
• ChatGPT web
• Windows desktop app
• Android app
The messages and image placeholders remain visible, but the underlying images do not load. Therefore, this is not limited to a browser cache, device, or app installation.
This affects multiple image-based interior-design conversations and prevents me from continuing edits using previously uploaded base images.
Please investigate whether the stored image files, attachment permissions, or the links between the conversations and uploaded files have become unavailable.
