I propose a feature for star/bookmark a response in codex. Some workflows depend on dev and codex planning together through chats then it shows me final plan with everything agreed. Instead of filling my repo with multiple md files. Plan mode does not cater for this well.
Within a single chat I can have many plans spawning up over many days. The harness should
The starred chat offers all flexibility of a file but becomes an artifact intrinsic to codex workflow:

• a reference I can keep going back to when codex gets implementation wrong
• a reminder of the high level idea about a feature.
• immune from the compacting done. At least to the user, the full response should still be viewable
• - shareable to other team members
• movable across chats. A plan created in one chat could be implemented over 5 different chats
