I want a feature that plays a sound when a task is completed or requires approval (VSCode)

What feature would you like to see?

When working in multiple windows, I'd like a feature where the Codex extension in VSCode notifies me with a sound when a task needs completion or approval in one of the windows.

Alternatively, it might be useful to have the Codex window flash only when it's not active, allowing me to see its status even when it's out of my field of view.
