Frequency: 100% (every time)
Network: No VPN / proxy / secure DNS
Description: In the Windows desktop app, when Codex generates a PDF/DOCX and provides a sandbox: download link, clicking the link does nothing (no download UI, no error, no file opened). The same chat/file download works on https://chatgpt.com/.

sandbox:links were visible in the ChatGPT desktop client, but clicking them did not open or download the files.chatgpt.comallowed the files to download successfully.This points to desktop-client generated-file link handling rather than artifact creation or file corruption. Exact desktop OS/app build was not captured. No generated files, signed URLs, local paths, or user data are attached.
