When Agent runs command, the exact commands being run is not displayed anymore

What issue are you seeing?

It's very essential for me to know what commands are being run by the Agent, especially some setup commands for the project, as I need to know what has been setup. A simple example would be Github, how do I know if my remote origin has been pointed to the particular github repo as I want? If it hides those commands, I would always have to double check them, making my work less efficient, time wasting.

Codex used to display every command run by the agent, which is very clear, making me feel secure and safe about everything has been done. But now, it hides all the command details being run, it feels very insecure and concerning, and many times I will have to double check the detail, very annoying.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just ask the Code (ChatGPT) to run some command, and now it will no longer display the commands being run.

What is the expected behavior?

It should allow user to click (expand) the commands being run by the agent so we can check the history of what commands have been run or being run.
