Allow referencing pasted images (attachments) in chat

What feature would you like to see?

It would be pretty nice to allow an user to reference newly pasted file (screeenshot, etc..)

Something like

"There is a bug you can see on @attachment1, it should have been like you can see on @attchment2, as a reference, use @attachment3"

There is no way how to do it right know, one possible workaround is to save screenshot to filesystem (repository) and reference it as a file.

For few images it is also possible to describe it in chat "you can see on the first image i have attached" but it not comfort way and does not work larger number of files.
