Voice sessions started inside a Project are created outside the Project on Windows desktop

What issue are you seeing?

In the ChatGPT/Codex desktop app for Windows, starting a new Voice session while inside a Project creates the conversation outside of that Project.

The new conversation appears in Recents instead of remaining associated with the Project where the Voice session was started.

To continue using that Voice conversation within the Project, I have to manually move the conversation into the Project and then start Voice again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open the desktop app on Windows.
2. Open any existing Project.
3. Start a new Voice session from inside that Project.
4. End or exit the Voice session.
5. Check the conversation location.

What is the expected behavior?

If a Voice session is started from inside a Project, the resulting conversation should remain inside that Project, just like a normal text conversation started there.

Actual behavior

The newly created Voice conversation appears in Recents and is not associated with the Project.

Workaround

1. Start the Voice session inside the Project.
2. The conversation is created in Recents.
3. Manually move the conversation back into the Project.
4. Start Voice again from that conversation.
