I have tried numerous times. I have gone into Codex to re-authorise it. I have signed in and out in the browser. I have signed in and out in the client. I have tried on my main desktop, and my dev VM. I have restarted my system. Every single Codex thread keeps encountering this, then re-prompting me to connect to Linear.

I resolved this locally. I had to find the authorisation buried within Linear's "Settings" > "Administration" > "Applications" > "Codex", purge it, then re-create it. This is still not being handled properly from ChatGPT/Codex's side since OpenAI removed Apps , as far as I can tell.
