What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

Version 26.803.41515

What subscription do you have?

Plus

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

EPERM: operation not permitted, lstat 'C:\Users\jusuf\AppData\Local\OpenAI\Codex'
Failure occurs while importing the bundled @oai/sky runtime, before any window is targeted. I tried some fixes, but the error still occurs after one day.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Feedback ID: 019fe57d-dc04-7690-a411-ecb09509bd02

What is the expected behavior?

Trying to get ChatGPT to use the Computer Use plugin to control the Computer/a Window does not work. It isn't with just 1 Window; I tried with apps like the Calculator instead, but the same error occurs, since the bug is before any window is targeted. It tries to run some shell commands to find a fix/workaround when met with the bug. However, it can't and reports the issue in the end. While telling it not to run any shell commands, it provides the error directly.

Additional information

This bug has been ongoing since yesterday. I sent a /feedback, but the same error occurs today. Today, I tried some fixes like uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app, running it as administrator, and disabling and re-enabling the plugin, but the same bug appears in the end. Also, I can't edit the "What steps can reproduce the bug?", but I included the information either way.
