Request blocked. Zero additional info. has been ongoing for months now, support is absolutely useless here. No workarounds exist - something as simple as generating a React page can trigger it
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Non deterministic which makes it more frustrating
What is the expected behavior?
Codex actually working for the $200 I pay for it rather than working 9 hours and then blocking the request with zero recourse and having consumed all my tokens

I'm having this issue as well. It's extremely annoying when paying $200/month. OpenAI is doing nothing to address this. I opened a ticket with them and nothing came out of it. There are many many issues on this repo with the exact same problem. You think codex is working while doing something else only to notice you were blocked many hours ago.
