Project sorting options do not reorder project groups in the sidebar

What issue are you seeing?
When the sidebar is organized by project, changing the project sorting option does not actually reorder the projects.
Specifically:
- Selecting Last updated does not move the most recently updated or active projects to the top.
- Selecting Priority also does not appear to change the project order.
- The project order remains unchanged regardless of which of these sorting options is selected.
The sorting controls can be selected in the UI, but they do not appear to have any effect on the actual ordering of projects in the sidebar.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open the Codex Mac app with multiple projects in the sidebar.
- Set the sidebar to Organize by Project.
- Open the sidebar sorting controls.
- Select Last updated.
- Update or actively work in a project that is currently lower in the project list.
- Observe that the recently updated project does not move to the top.
- Change the sorting method to Priority.
- Observe that the project ordering still does not change.
What is the expected behavior?
When Last updated is selected, projects should be ordered by their most recent activity, with the most recently updated project at the top.
When Priority is selected, projects should be reordered according to the app's priority ranking.
Changing between sorting modes should visibly change the project order whenever the underlying project data warrants a different ordering.
Additional information
This appears to affect sorting of the project groups themselves, rather than sorting of individual conversations within a project.
The issue is especially noticeable with Last updated because I can actively work in a project that is lower in the sidebar, but that project remains in the same position instead of moving to the top.
Both Last updated and Priority appear to leave the project list in the same existing order, which makes it seem like the selected project sorting preference is not being applied.
