Steps to reproduce

1. Launch ChatGPT Windows app
2. Start Computer Use (codex-computer-use starts successfully)
3. Attemp to enumerate windows (e.g., sky.list_windows())

Expected
Windows are enumerated and Computer Use can interact with the desktop/app window.

Actual
EnumWindows failed: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003)
Window enumeration fails; no desktop or in-app actions occur.

Troubleshooting attempted
Repair, Reset, plugin reinstall, full client reinstall, Windows restart — all failed.
