[macOS] Codex voice-action popover clips bottom controls; remote-browser flow leaves blank Comet tab

Summary

In the macOS Codex app, the popover that presents voice-session actions can be clipped at the bottom. The Stop voice chat control is not visible, and the control for opening the session list is partially or fully clipped.

During the same remote-browser workflow, Comet also opens or leaves behind an unexplained blank new tab, which makes the UI flow ambiguous.

Environment

  • macOS 15.7.4
  • ChatGPT/Codex macOS app 26.803.61601 (build 6396)
  • Comet used as the browser

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a voice chat in Codex Desktop on macOS.
  2. Open the actions popover that contains voice-session controls.
  3. Trigger a remote-browser workflow from a Codex task.

Actual behavior

  • The lower portion of the voice-action popover is clipped.
  • Stop voice chat is unavailable because it is below the visible bounds.
  • The session-list control is clipped.
  • A blank Comet new tab remains after the remote-browser action.

Expected behavior

  • Every action in the popover is visible, reachable, and scrollable or resized when necessary.
  • The remote-browser workflow should not leave an unexplained blank browser tab.

Impact

The user cannot reliably stop a voice session or switch sessions, and the extra blank tab makes it unclear which browser surface should be used.
