Related to #37885, but this may not be an exact duplicate. My case occurs in ChatGPT on the web using Microsoft Edge on Windows and the cloud browser. It affects the public, unauthenticated site https://igvs.xunta.gal/. The site is configured as “Always allow”, but Browser Use still reports that a saved preference blocks access. Removing and recreating the permission did not resolve the issue. Screenshot attached.

igvs.xunta.gal continues to appear as blocked even after removing the exception and temporarily selecting Always Allow.
