Activity View hides existing thread when starting another thread in the same workspace

What issue are you seeing?

Starting a new thread in a workspace that already has an active thread causes the existing thread to disappear from that workspace in Activity View. The thread still exists; toggling Activity View off and on makes both threads visible again.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Enable Activity View.
2. Open a workspace with one active thread.
3. Start a new thread in the same workspace.
4. Observe that the previous thread is no longer listed.
5. Disable and re-enable Activity View; both threads appear again.

What is the expected behavior?

Activity View should update immediately and keep all threads in the workspace visible.

Workaround: disable and re-enable Activity View.
