Thread is removed from Folder when another thread works on it

I sometimes "drive" one thread via another. Recently I noticed that doing this will cause the Worker thread to get removed from the folder and it ends up pinned but at the bottom, away from the folder.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Create two threads in a project

Pin the project

Instruct one thread to work inside the target/worker thread

Note that the worker thread is removed from the project

What is the expected behavior?
