Login with Plus account with .edu email fails

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I can't log in to Codex through the CLI -- when I put in my email (@columbia.edu) for my personal Plus account it redirects to the Columbia sign-in page, then before that loads, redirects to an error page. The page says "No eligible ChatGPT account found. You can contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you keep seeing this error. (Please include the request ID e3370ca110dc0f8704de5d0f4b99643c in your email.)". It works in the browser. I'm not accessing through the organizational Enterprise account, so it shouldn't be restricted by whatever settings they're using -- I just happen to be using that email for my account.
